At the Career College Niederberg, in the Mettmann district, skilled and professional workers are trained or continue training with reference to the needs of the local economy. As part of further training for business administrators, we were given permission to accompany a project group in a hands-on teamwork project. The Team looked at the topic "Developing Corporate Culture Through Promoting Health and Joint Activities“, involving interviews with our staff, analysing the results of an employee survey, as well as organising a workshop for them. The insights and suggestions were presented during the Project Presentation on 20 June 2016 in front of course members, their families and representatives from industry and education.
The successful project presentation was complemented by a carefully designed “Project Stand”.
