Small Parts – High-Volume Production – No Problem for Us

Stamped and formed parts are still the best solution, when products need to be manufactured in high volumes in a cost-effective manner and consistent quality. Using presses (10 to 400 tons pressing force), manually loaded presses (up to 150 tons pressing force) and hydraulic presses (up to 160 tons pressing force), we manufacture according to state-of-the-art, customer requirements and with greatest care from a small run to high-volume production.

We are also equipped to carry out rework services and to assemble sub-components and units on behalf of our customers. We also provide support with contract stamping using our extensive machine park.

Contract Stamping & Transfer Projects

Avoiding Production Stoppages

Experiencing production stoppages or bottlenecks? Is your stamping machine down, the manually loaded press giving up the ghost or the spot welder developing a fault?

To avoid having to let your customer down or even worse lose him, we are happy to help you in a straight forward way – even if the production contract is at short notice. Whether contract stamping on one of our large presses with up to 400t pressing force or manual loading on one of our eccentric and hydraulic presses, we are here to support you with our extensive machine park. Take advantage of our fail-safe performance thanks to two mirror-image production sites at two locations close to each other.

Your current supplier has become insolvent? Sadly, this does happen sometimes. We can support you in such a situation by helping you transfer your business. Subject to your agreement, we are happy to take a look at your tools and decide very quickly whether we can make these items or not. Our pragmatic approach will help you to make a quick decision to safe-guard your parts supply.

Series Production

From Small Runs to High-Volume Production in the Millions

The requirements for stamped and bending parts are constantly increasing. Product geometries are becoming more and more sophisticated and the parts more and more fragile. We have adapted ourselves and our machinery to these requirements and now manufacture independently across all industries small runs as well as high-volume productions with the same motivation and consistently high quality.

Serving Every Market Sector

Whether simple, complex or even at the edge of what is humanly and mechanically possible – we will find the best serial solution for our customers whilst relying on our extensive experience and state-of-the-art machinery park at our two production sites.

Ready to Accommodate Customer Requirements

Beside the core competencies of serial production, many accompanying processes are of extremely high importance for success later on. So customer support and product management are at the top of our priority list. If desired, our designers are able to support you with their technical know-how as early as at the product development stage. It helps us identify very early on any potential savings and create process reliability.

Finishing

Finishing our products – internally as well as externally – is standard in our company.

We are pleased to offer you the following services:

  • Barrel finishing / trowalising
  • Degreasing / cleaning / fine cleaning
  • Cataphoretic dip-coating
  • Painting
  • Electro-galvanising
  • etc.

Components

Serial parts are often assembled directly to sub-assembled components. We can put together precisely tailored parts and assemble simple as well as complex components entirely according to customer requirements.

Material Combinations in Component Manufacture

It is also possible to combine different materials. For example, here at Mühlhause, we install rubber and plastic elements or other components provided or bought in.
